IMGTIKIPEDIA_plugin

I have a couple of different versions of this plugin that I'm working with. I'll post the details here pretty soon. The idea, of course, is to replicate the Wikipedia style of a thumbnail with caption that links to a larger image version. The style and enlarge icon are straight from Monobook.
